You will restore much of your correct movement patterns and relieve much of existing knee, back, hip or other chronic pain. If you haven't worked out in a long time or ever then shield is your gateway to training. Most of my clients come in needing the shield package to some degree. Get ready to train by training to be ready. At the end of this program you will be prepared to engage in other training with confidence and competence.

Your online program is custom designed specifically for you. You will have an extensive live interview/Q&A with your trainer to talk about all of the factors that affect your program design. For example: your health history, your schedule, diet, goals, time table, exercise history, injuries, chronic pain or illness, previous barriers to your success, your exercise environment and so on. Over the course of your program you also have priority access to your trainer to answer questions or make program adjustments. Twelve weeks for strength, weight loss, endurance and more.
This program combines online training with in-person training sessions. This is limited to the greater Raleigh-Durham metro area including Cary, Apex and Morrisville. Contact me to see if you are available for this program. This program is also very fluid in pricing and structure. We might do 90% online and 10% in person or we might do 40% and 60%.
